Just got this Harp May 30, 2006 5 out of 8 found this review helpful
I just got my harp today in the mail. It's very easy to play! Shockingly!!!!!!I've only been playing around on it for about 2 hours and can already play YOU ARE MY SUNSHINE.It might not sound super great but you can tell what song it is. I still need to do some work on it. But Hey I can play a song on the harmonica!!!!!This is my first Harmonica ever and so far I'm loving this one.If I can play the Harmonica Anyone can!I was starting to think before I even got it in the mail I wasted my money on this Harp. But as soon as I played a couple of notes It changed my mind totally! If you are wanting to learn the harmonica Buy this harp! It's cool!

The Lee Oskar harmonica has the professional quality its name implies. As I add additional harps to my arsenal to cover other keys, I'll buy Lee Oskars.

Simply put...For the price...This is THE harmonica for any beginner. The tones from this harp are warm and sweet. I find it very easy to bend notes and play hard core blues then turn around and play more melodic pieces. Don't be afraid, go for it, this is the one!
  Simple,efficient,enduring,.. October 24, 2005 34 out of 35 found this review helpful
I bought this harmonica as an absolute beginner, and I loved it from the beginning. It sounds warm & vibrating. Since then, I bought more expensive harmonicas. Still, this is the harmonica I love to play with the most because of its warmth, its sonic stability, and its simplicity(size, structure)-->makes it easier for you to show off techniques. I highly recommend it, especially for beginners.
