Daniel Bodice moved to the United States when he was twelve years old, not speaking the language and having few friends in the rural New Hampshire village where his family lived, had no other outlet for entertainment other than the piano. Bought at a thrift store by Daniels's father for five hundred dollars, and having no one to teach him, the young man taught himself how to play in a matter of weeks. And what did he start with? "Deck the Halls", "Joy To The World", and other seemingly ordinary Christmas carols come to life under the direction of Bodice.
