I have been using my Johnson Chromatic Pitch pipe for about a year now and I find it works great for my group's needs. We sing Christmas Carols A Cappella, dressed in Victorian costumes each year throughout Houston, Texas and the surrounding areas. These pitch pipes work great for our needs.

Works good, and comes in a nice protective case. I haven't tested them against a tuner, but they seem pretty close to pitch and will work just perfect for finding a note for acapella singing.

Although the quality is not as good as I thought, it still works nicely and has a nice case. It was not a deal breaker for me....as it suits my needs. I'm not sure if they aren't making them as they used to, but it isn't as nice as my old one.
